SERVICES

• We will do our best to ensure that none of the items are damaged/lost. However, we would not be responsible for any form of damage/loss

 

• Payment will be expected in FULL, prior to the release of rackets or any of other items/services rendered by String Inc.

 

• All rackets would need to be fully paid and collected within 90 days of completion of services, otherwise, rackets might be loaned out/ disposed of at our discretion. 

 

• For any exception to the above would be granted on a case-by-case basis.

 

• If a racket is cracked and it can be restrung, if the owner desires, but String Inc will not be responsible for any further damage. Full payment would still need to be made

 

• Although we strive to have the same day to a 5 day turnaround on the rackets, at busier times, it may be slower and may NOT be guaranteed to be completed within 5 days.

 

• Collections would STRICTLY be at a convenient time and location for us (String Inc.)

We may collect the following information:

 

• Name

• Contact details

• Address (For Delivery)

 

Note: We do not hold or store any personal information given to us. Contact details would only be used for communication purposes and for us to notify upon the completion of services. Address would only be collected for delivery purposes (if any)

 

If you believe at any time that the information that we have is incorrect or incomplete, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible.

 

PAYMENT:

 

We accept the following methods of payment:

- Cash in Singapore Dollars (SGD). 

- Payment in other currencies other than SGD would be discussed on a case-by-case basis, with in house exchange rates.

- PayNow        

- Paylah!

 

DEPOSIT:

By placing a deposit, the buyer agrees to the following terms & conditions:

 

• Deposit is strictly non-refundable, unless String Inc. is unable to provide the items as previously agreed

 

PURCHASING RACKETS FROM US:
 

• A small deposit (up to S$50) might be collected to reserve the item, to prevent last-minute backout.

 

• Deposit is strictly non-refundable, unless String Inc. cannot provide the items as previously agreed.

 

• If the buyer is not satisfied with the condition of the racquet when viewed after stringing, but before purchasing, The stringing service deposit will not be refunded.

 

• Viewing of racquet before stringing is highly encouraged to prevent any misunderstanding

 

• During viewing, please ensure that the racket is in an acceptable condition according to the buyer.

 

• Strictly NO refunds on any items sold
